Kigge Hvid keynotes service design conference

Under the umbrella “Creating Value for Quality of Life”, Kigge Hvid today keynotes the annual Service Design Global Conference in Stockholm, Sweden. Kigge herself will address the audience at 11.30AM with her brand new talk “Design that serves”.

Today, CEO of INDEX: Design to Improve Life®, Kigge Hvid, will keynote at one of the world’s most prestigious and important service design events alongside the likes of Mark Levy, Global Head of Operations at Airbnb, Low Cheaw Hwei of Philips Design and Tibetan buddhist monk Tenzin Shenyen.

Her message will be “Design that serves”, taking inspiration from her 12 years of heading the world’s biggest design award, INDEX: Award – arguably the largest recipients of service design on the planet through its open-source nomination process.

The 7th Service Design Global Conference (#SDGC14) is a service design event providing a unique opportunity to engage, share thought leadership and contribute to the evolving field on a global level. The conference provides a strong network platform for knowledge and value exchange for customer centric businesses and service design practitioners.

The Nordic Chapters of SDN in Sweden, Denmark and Finland are collaborating to organize the Service Design Global Conference 2014 together with the Global Service Design Network. The conference is hosted in Stockholm, Sweden.
